wiley protocolLack of Sleep Found to Be a New Risk Factor for Colon Cancer
An inadequate amount of sleep has been associated with higher risks of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and death. Now colon cancer can be added to the list.

In a ground-breaking new study published in the Feb. 15, 2011 issue of the journal Cancer, researchers from University Hospitals (UH) Case Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, found that individuals who averaged less than six hours of sleep at night had an almost 50 percent increase in the risk of colorectal adenomas compared with individuals sleeping at least seven hours per night. Adenomas are a precursor to cancer tumors, and left untreated, they can turn malignant.

"To our knowledge, this is the first study to report a significant association of sleep duration and colorectal adenomas," said Li Li, MD, PhD, the study's principal investigator, family medicine physician in the Department of Family Medicine at UH Case Medical Center and Associate Professor of Family Medicine, Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. "A short amount of sleep can now be viewed as a new risk factor for the development of the development of colon cancer"...

wiley protocol Infertility: The Disease We Need To Start Talking About
Silence might be golden in some circumstances, but in the case of infertility it has been downright destructive.

Recently RESOLVE, one of the only organizations dedicated to infertility, made a bold announcement on its website: "People with infertility are being ignored." I always knew that insurance coverage for treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) is scant at best, and that many doctors still don't treat infertility as a major health issue. I've learned that blatant misconceptions persist when it comes to our reproductive health. And it's no secret that the media doesn't cover this subject as often as it should.

However, what I didn't realize is that infertility patients' reluctance to discuss their struggles and advocate for change is directly preventing those affected from getting the support and funding they deserve. As Barbara Collura, executive director of RESOLVE, explains, "Infertility is not being discussed in the general public health realm -- it's not taught in health classes, it's barely touched upon in medical schools, and it's not a priority of any government entity. Yet how can we expect health care providers, educators, our government, and insurance companies to pay attention to infertility when the patients themselves aren't even talking about it"...

wiley protocolActive Wound Healing Can Accelerate Tumor Formation, Study Finds
Processes that are involved in active wound healing can lead to an increased risk for basal cell carcinoma in the skin.

This is the conclusion of a recent study from the Swedish medical university Karolinska Institutet, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

The link between the development of basal cell cancers and wound healing was studied in mice with the same genetic changes that occur in human tumors. The results show that an active wound healing process can increase both the number and size of the tumours. The increase in tumour size is likely due to a general increase in cell proliferation taking place in association with wound healing whereas the increase in number is due to enhanced recruitment of cells with potential to initiate tumour formation.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) in the skin is the most common cancer and earlier case reports have described an increased risk of BCC associated with both chronic and acute wounds. This new study from Karolinska Institutet describes for the first time the underlying mechanism at the cellular level...

wiley protocolBreast Cancer Recurrence Rates Appear Different When Radiation Used
Early finding shows fewer local recurrences in short term, more invasive recurrences in long run

Patients with early stage breast cancers are commonly treated with surgery or surgery plus radiation, and radiation is widely believed to cut local recurrence rates by about half.

Now, researchers report that they have found that surgery plus radiation does cut local recurrences, but appears to increase the risk of invasive breast cancers later.

"I don't want people to think radiation is bad," said study author Dr. Janie Weng Grumley, a fellow in breast oncology at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. "We know there is less recurrence with radiation." Grumley's team evaluated 1,014 patients with early breast cancer, known as ductal carcinoma in situ. Of these, 651 had surgery alone while 363 had surgery plus radiation.

The 10-year probability of any recurrence at the same site was 30 percent for the surgery group and 18 percent for the combination group. However, when cancer does return in those who get the combination treatment, her study showed the patterns are different...

I sleep again. I don't have heart palpitations. I'm able to express the benefits from a real experience and it's an intuitive nature. I can't explain it. It's more, I will tell you what, the proof is in a doctor that was really against me doing this because it's not the standard of care. Finally he came to me one day, brought his wife's labs and said what do I do with this? Can you help me because we don't know how to put these lab values? We're told that zero is normal for menopause women and zero is not normal...

My interest in it is being able to combine the very precise Wiley Protocol rhythmic bio-mimetic hormone therapy with constitutional homoeopathy which is you have the bio-energetic stimulation, very specific bio-energetic stimulation on a mind, body, spirit plane along with biochemical, bio-hormonal stimulation and bringing in both in the balance ideally to achieve optimal health and well being. And I'm really looking forward to interfacing with other physicians who're using this protocol and standardizing it so that we really, really know what we're doing and being able to have a definitive protocol to work by that everyone's using at the same level and gather enough research ad clinical data that we can present it to the medical profession and to the government and say hey, this is the way to go. This is the way to be able to deal with a lot of chronic diseases we haven't been able to master...

Wiley Protocol Experts Answer Your Question:
QIs the Wiley Protocol a guaranteed form of birth control? Will women get pregnant if they are taking the Wiley Protocol or will they absolutely not?

AIt really all depends on the reproductive age of the patient. In earlier times, before IVF, OB-Gyn's used a protocol very similar to the Wiley Protocol to produce a situation known then as "womb ripening." The Wiley Protocol can be used that way also. If a woman has reached menopause, even though she still may be menstruating, she cannot become pregnant because she has no viable eggs. Generally speaking the WP can be used as contraception after 3-6 months because the ovaries go to sleep just like with birth control pills and it prompts a bleed each cycle.

F.Y.I... We have been told that there are many pharmacies around the country claiming to make the Wiley Protocol. Unless your hormones come in our color coded packaging (green and purple for women, blue and burgundy for men), it says Wiley all over and the pharmacy has our sign in their window, they have not registered with us to make the authentic Wiley Protocol. You would be getting a generic product that will not stand up to federal scrutiny for scientific study.

As a provider we expect you to honor our trademarks and send your prescriptions to a Wiley Registered Pharmacy.
